Three ab moves you need to try
Hey there! Hope your week is going well so far! Here are three ab moves you need to try if you are bored of your same old routine. These three ab moves are my favorites and really get my core tighter, stronger and well, more visible.
I don’t do the typical crunches. I don’t even consider abs a favorite body part of mine, in fact, I think they are quite boring to do. The truth is you NEED to make sure you have a tight strong core. You need a strong core to stabilize your spine!
Try these moves next time you hit the gym. I would start off with doing them back to back with a minimum of 12-15 reps. Once you complete all three moves, rest a minute or so and then begin again.
