Project Hot Body Plan.
Most of you that follow me on Instagram know that I have already completed two programs created by Ashley Borden. Ashley Borden is a lifestyle and fitness consultant. Way before Instagram was around I stumbled upon her online somewhere, and I can’t remember where. She has trained some well-known celebrities like Christina Aguilera, Mandy Moore, and Ryan Goslin. Maybe you’ve seen her on Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. Long story short, if you know me, I don’t plug or push or sell anything that I don’t use myself and believe in 200%.
Ashley Borden is my age. I love that as she got older, she worked harder and is constantly learning more. In the fitness industry, you can’t get comfortable with one or two certifications and call it a day. Ashley’s programs consist of the basic compound movements such as Squats, Deadlifts, Military Presses, Bench Presses and lots of Core work. She created three programs and I have completed the RezaFit Program and the AustinRhodesBuild Program. Both were awesome, yet different, but this third program is completely different. The Rezafit program is a six-week program that focuses on strength + condition. In the AustinRhodesBuild program, the focus is on muscle + strength building for eight weeks. Now ProjectHotBody Program is all about transformation and that is a twelve-week program.
When I showed Mario some of my Instagram pics and videos and explained to him that I was following Ashley’s Programs, he asked me a great question. Mario wondered why I would not only pay for someone else’s programs but also plug them all over social media when I do the same thing. He wasn’t being a jerk about it, he was simply saying that with ALL of my knowledge, experience, and stuff that I have created myself, why wouldn’t I just sell my own programs and put money in my own pocket. To be honest, he is right. I have created tons of my own workouts.
I am a coach that walks the walk and I always have. I know my stuff, and that’s for sure. The truth is, with all of the millions of people out there pushing their programs, I want mine to be different. How? Not sure, but I am working on it now. Something about me you may not know is that I myself have GIVEN for free, MANY meal plans and fitness workouts. Mario doesn’t agree with this, especially because he knows better than anyone that when I create plans, whether a workout or meal plan, I put my heart and soul into it. Half-assed is NOT in my vocabulary.
I believe that what you put out, always come back to you. I’m not in it for the money. I know that eventually, the money comes. I stay true to myself and I always speak the truth without sugarcoating anything. I absolutely love these programs, but more than that, I believe in who Ashley is as a woman and a coach. I don’t say that about many people. I also believe in MYSELF. I know that when the time comes and I finally put my work out there to purchase, You will get an INCREDIBLE plan to get you to your goals and then some!
I hit the “purchase” button on the RezFit program because I was a little burnt out from creating workouts for clients and for myself. I wanted to take the thinking part out of the equation and just spend more time with Sasha. I started the RezFit program during the summer when I was working and juggling mom life, housework, and clients. Having a plan in front of me was easy, all I had to do was follow it. I have purchased some programs in the past, but never once followed through, because compared to my plans, the ones I purchased were doing it for me. After a week on the Rezafit program, I knew it was GREAT! I stuck with every rep, every set and every exercise on the plan. DAMN! I was impressed.
Here’s the thing, I’m not here to plug Ashley or myself or any other coach. I am here to speak the truth, whether you like it or not. I am here not as an influencer, but as someone who will always teach you and guide you in the direction that will work for you. I’ve got some great stuff in the works, that’s a fact. In the meantime, I will share with you some of my experience with the HotBodyProject twelve-week plan.
Each week, I will do a Project Hot Body Post that will give you a summary of how my week went. My goal is not a transformation. My goal… hmm, I’d have to get back to you. I say that because doing the last two programs, I accomplished more than I thought I would. My glutes are smaller, but rounder and higher. I have more definition in my quads. My strength has doubled in every body part and my shoulders are by far my best body part right now. My abs are still there and even stronger. Maybe a new goal for me would be to increase my endurance. I have added some running intervals after some workouts on this plan because it does seem shorter. I have the energy and mainly because I love running! Me + God the whole time.
