How to feel like a goddess
How? You get your pretty little face up outta that bed, go wash the sleep out of your eyes. Now, grab your hottest pair of workout pants and a top that makes you feel like working out, and put on your sneakers. Grab a water bottle, and move that ass!
Here is a great workout for you. Once you finish, POOF! You WILL feel and LOOK like a goddess with that glow! Nah! It’s not sweat, you are just glowing darling!

A2) TRX Row- 16
A3) Elevated front foot- reverse lunges holding 25 lb. plate
B1)1/2 mile run
B2) no-assist Pull ups- 6
B3) Sumo Squats- 35lb. dbell/ 15 reps
C1) Ball walls-20
C2) Push Ups- 10
C3) Barbell squats- 95 lb. 15 reps
